Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Flowy (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Flowy on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse or interfere with the Service or try to access it outside documented interfaces.
• Don’t upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Don’t attempt to reverse engineer the Service or resell it without written permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Flowy (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data as needed to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Plans, billing, and trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. After termination, we may delete Customer Data according to our retention policies.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
